Arrival & Departure Policy
A consistent arrival and departure routine helps children begin and end their preschool day comfortably. Please follow the guidelines below so our teachers can maintain a smooth classroom routine and ensure children are released appropriately.
Arrival at Preschool
Each child should be accompanied into the preschool by an adult and signed in according to Little Stars Academy’s current attendance procedures. Arriving on time gives children an opportunity to settle in, greet their friends and transition into the day’s activities.
Late Arrival
If your child arrives after the classroom day has begun, please follow the school’s late-arrival procedure and avoid unnecessary classroom disruption. Our team can explain where to bring your child when arriving late.
Daily Sign-In & Sign-Out
Parents or authorized adults must follow the school’s sign-in and sign-out procedures each day. Please make sure attendance information is completed accurately at both arrival and departure.
Authorized Pick-Up
Children are released only to parents, guardians or other individuals authorized according to the school’s current records and policies. Please contact the office in advance if authorized pick-up information needs to be updated.
Late Pick-Up
Little Stars Academy closes at 6:00 PM. Families should plan to arrive with enough time to complete pick-up before closing. Please contact the school if an unexpected delay occurs. Any applicable late pick-up fee should be stated here only after confirmation by the director.
